s Executive Director of HopeNet, Christiane Doom leads with a deep commitment to the organization’s mission and the Biblical principles that guide its work. She provides visionary and servant-hearted leadership, overseeing policy implementation and ensuring alignment with HopeNet’s strategic goals. Her role centers on preserving, protecting, and promoting the mission to bring hope and healing to our community.

Christiane is a dynamic fundraiser and connector, known for her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for uniting people around meaningful causes. With a keen eye for strategy and creativity, she’s known for orchestrating memorable events that both inspire and energize HopeNet’s donor community.

Her background includes owning and operating two successful retail businesses, where she led strategic planning, management, and operational development. Her work across fundraising and event committees has deeply embedded her in the heart of Wichita’s nonprofit community.

Christiane has been married to her husband Erin for over 20 years. Together with their four children, they are active members of St. George Orthodox Cathedral and regularly participate in their children’s many activities. To recharge, Christiane enjoys baking, gardening, and getting lost in a good historical novel.
